We have a fully computerised payroll bureau where we can carry out all your payroll requirements including:

Weekly or monthly calculation of payroll including PAYE and National Insurance Contributions.
Dealing with Coding Notices.

Competing year-end returns.

Printing payslips.

Calculation of Statutory sick pay and statutory maternity pay.

Deductions from salaries (i.e. maintenance payments, student loan deductions).

P60 completion.

P45 Completion.

VAT Returns
We will:

• Complete and submit your VAT returns.
• Advise on and deal with registration and de-registration.
• Help and attendance in the event of VAT investigations.
• Dealing with VAT assessments and enquiries.

Incorporation
A comprehensive company formation service from a Professional Accountant.

We will register your limited company or Limited Liability partnership with Companies House.

Issue you with a Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, which will individually reflect the set up of your company.

We will register the directors and secretary with Companies House and issue the share certificates

We will notify Companies House of the address of your registered office (or supply you with a registered office address)

Advise you on VAT registration and if you need to be registered for VAT we will complete all the paperwork for you.

We can also deal with changes to existing limited companies, such as issue new share capital, introduce new classes of shares, change of name of limited companies, change of registered office, new director appointments, resignation of directors/secretary.

Tax Returns
We will:

Give you comprehensive advice to help minimise your tax liability.

Complete tax returns (Partnership, Self Assessment or Corporation Tax) and submit them on your behalf

Calculate your tax liabilities or refunds due and notify you immediately.

Ensure we maximise your tax allowances.
